Staging · Commercial

A space reads
before it leases.

Commercial staging for events, weddings, retail pop-ups, offices, and vacant leasing floors, built from the same furniture the studio makes to order.

Why staging

An empty floor asks
a tenant to imagine.

Most commercial space is shown at its worst: bare, lit from above, measured in square feet. Staging replaces the arithmetic with a picture. For an agent, that shortens the gap between a walkthrough and a signature. For an event, it decides what the room feels like the second the doors open.

What the studio stages

01

Event and function staging

Furniture that carries a room through an evening.

Seating clusters, tables, and lighting placed for how people actually move through a function. Delivered, set, and struck on your dates, sized to the floor plan rather than to a catalogue.

02

Wedding staging

One set of pieces, not a rental catalogue.

Ceremony seating, lounge groupings, and head tables composed as a single set so photographs hold together. Material and tone chosen against the venue, not against a template.

03

Retail and pop-up staging

Fixtures that read as objects, not shelving.

Display plinths, seating, and counters for short-run retail and pop-ups. Built to move between locations and to make a temporary lease look like a permanent brand.

04

Office and workplace staging

A shell floor, shown as a working floor.

Reception, lounge, and meeting settings staged into vacant office space so a prospective tenant sees the working plan instead of bare concrete and stud walls.

05

Commercial leasing and virtual staging

For agents with a space that will not photograph.

Physical staging for tours and open days, plus virtual staging renders for listings and marketing packages. Both drawn from the same furniture, so what a tenant sees online is what stands in the room.

On site

Delivered, set,
and struck.

How it runs

01

Plan and dates

Send the floor plan, the dates, and who walks through. The studio returns a scope and a set list.

02

Set

Pieces arrive and are placed to the plan. Photography and virtual renders happen on the same set.

03

Strike

Everything is removed on the agreed date. Longer leasing campaigns can run on a monthly hold.

Inquire

Start with
the space.

Agents, planners, and brand teams: send the plan and the dates. Every staging scope is priced against the floor, not a package tier.

A short note when a new collection or staging set is finished. Nothing else.
