LO is a low, elongated bench designed like a steady line drawn through space: spare, balanced, and intentionally light. A slim upholstered top creates a soft landing, while the solid wood frame stays honest and simple, letting negative space do the heavy lifting. The proportions are deliberately restrained: thin edges, rounded radii, and a light separation between seat and structure that makes the bench feel like it's hovering rather than sitting. The one-piece cushion reads as one uninterrupted plane, while tapered legs and the under-rail introduce a gentle asymmetry, which is most visible in the way shadow moves beneath it.
